He walked up to the counter thinking that was how to book in with the Lloyds branch and the receptionist/teller was very curt with him. She made a point to gesture to all the people sitting around waiting for their appointment as if my partner had cut in line. We left and he did not want to return. Yes we made a mistake going to the wrong counter but it is a brand new service opened just a week ago, how are we supposed to intuit you don't go to the teller to get an appointment?
